HiTEC participated in 3 days consecutive training on Hazard Analysis and Control Points (HACCP). The training was organized by SBN Ethiopia, in collaboration with the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) Ethiopia. The training was delivered by Institute of Ethiopian Standards and given to SBN Ethiopia members at The Hub hotel, Addis Ababa. The HACCP training on food safety management was significant in identifying health hazards, and helpful to establish strategies to prevent, eliminate, or reduce their occurrence.
