UNDP organized a one-day Annual Development Conference organized by UNDP on “Can Ethiopia be a manufacturing powerhouse?”. The conference was held on December 8, 2023 at Hyatt Regency Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.The UNDP presented the key findings of a recent study on Ethiopian manufacturing and outlined reform proposals. The conference included a round table discussion with domestic and foreign industrialists in Ethiopia, private sector representatives, policy makers, and other stakeholders.
